According to Videocardz.com, at least two AMD AIB partners are preparing Radeon RX 5600 XT that could come with 6GB of GDDR6 memory, which suggests we are looking at a 192-bit memory interface.
Currently, the RX 5700 and the RX 5700 XT are trading blows with Nvidia's RTX 2060 and RTX 2060 Super graphics cards, while the rumored RX 5500 series could be competitive with Nvidia's GTX 1650 and GTX 1660 Super, depending on how much performance AMD manage to squeeze out.
According to Videocardz.com, RX 5500 XT could end up with both 4GB and 8GB versions, and with a 128-bit memory interface, it could do well in the mid-range market.
According to the same source, the Radeon RX 5500 XT should be coming to retail/e-tail in December, while the RX 5600 XT is coming in early 2020, possibly in January.
