In case you missed the X370, we are talking about a 22.8mm thin 13.4-inch ultra-thin notebook that is a part of MSI's X Series. It has a LED-backlit 1366x768 13.4-inch screen and is based on AMD's Brazos platform featuring 1.6GHz clocked E-350 APU with Radeon HD 6310 graphics, 4GB of memory and 500GB HDD. Other specs include Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11bgn WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, card reader, 1.3M webcam, 2x2W SRS speakers and D-Sub and HDMI outputs.
The best part of this ultra-thin is the 8-cell battery that is enough for up to 10 hrs of battery life and it also comes with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS. The price honestly sounds a bit steep, but ultra-thin casing, LED-backlit screen and a large battery might be very appealing to certain buyers.
The X370 is currently in stock at Newegg.com in the US for US $599.99. Unfortunately, Europe pulled the shortest straw again as the X370 can be found listed for €599 at one German based retail/e-tail shop. If you convert the US price it ends up at somewhere around €415, which sounds much better so you might want to hold on until other European retail/e-tail shops finally get it.
