KLEVV, which is a consumer memory and storage brand by Essencore, finally unveiled its first PCIe Gen 5 SSD, the GENUINE G560, featuring 23x-layer 3D NAND and is based on Phison's well-known E26 controller. According to KLEVV, the new GENUINE G560 will be available in 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB capacities with endurance rating of up to 3,000 TBW, and provides sequential read and write speeds of up to 14,000 MB/s and 12,000 MB/s, respectively. The random 4k IOPS performance peaks at 1,400K.
The GENUINE G560 has a rather large aluminum heatsink and is based on the standard M.2 2280 form factor.
The CRAS C715, on the other hand, is an updated M.2 NVMe PCIe Gen 3x4 SSD based on 3D TLC NAND flash. It will be available in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB capacities and offer sequential read and write speeds of up to 3,200MB/s and 2,000MB/s, respectively. It has an endurance rating of up to 600 TBW.
Both new SSDs from KLEVV come bundled with Acronis True Image 2023 and are backed by a 5-year warranty. Both are also scheduled to be available next month, October 2024.
