Spotted by VG247.com, Dan Vaderlind, Development Director at DICE, has confirmed via his Twitter account that he is moving to another project, the next Battlefield. While he was working on Battlefront, the same team behind that game will continue to work on additional content and DLCs while the main team will be moving to the new Battlefield project.
Earlier details revealed during EA's investor meeting already suggested that the new Battlefield 5 will retain the military theme as opposed to cops vs robbers theme in the latest Battlefield Hardline game.
The new Battlefield 5 is expected to launch in time for holiday shopping season, which is usually the best time to launch an AAA title in case you are aiming for big sale numbers.
