No meaningful difference in Crysis 2 between the two
A number of sources have said that there is a large gulf between the quality difference between the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Crysis 2. Developer Crytek, through executive producer Nathan Camarillo, claims, “…if there is a meaningful difference, I don’t see it.” He also challenges anyone else to find a difference.

The source of all of the problems seemed to have begun when a PS3 build reportedly suffered from choppy frame rate performance. Later, PSM3 magazine chimed in that there was a difference in visual quality between the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game.

Crytek has said that the CryEngine 3 has the ability to appropriately scale the visual quality between platforms to get the best out of each platform to produce the best gaming experience. While Crytek calls it magic under the hood, it seems that the debate will continue on which version is visually better, but for our money the best version will still be the PC version by a long shot.
