Creative has officially launched its newest range of Sound BlasterAxx Bluetooth wireless speakers boast several impressive features as well as Creative's own SB-Axx1 advanced audio effects processor.

Sound BlasterAxx Bluetooh wireless connectivity makes the speakers perfect for iOS and Android based mobile devices like smartphones and tablets. In addition to music playing and streaming, the new Sound BlasterAxx series can also make Skype calls over the speaker itself and comes packed with features like acoustic echo cancellation, noise reduction, smart volume, and voice focus that enhances speakers voice in noisy environments. It also packs a high-quality dual-microphone array with SBX CrystalVoice technology that should provide voice quality, at least on paper.

In order to maintain decent sound quality in a single tower like speaker, Creative uses new patent-pending "stacked stereo" speaker design. It features two-speaker drivers that are angled in order to provide clear stereo sound despite the ankward design of the box.

The new Creative Sound BlasterAxx series also features SBX Pro Studio surround technology that features a set of various improvements that should bring "unprecedented levels of personal audio realism from a compact one-piece device".

The Sound BlaserAxx series will be introduced in three models, the SBX 20 and SBX 10, which feature Bluetooth wireless, and the SBX 8, which lacks Bluetooth and will have to be connected via USB. There are also differences in size and thus most probably the actual power output.

The SBX 20 should be available in August with a price tag set at US $199.99 while the SBX 10 and SBX 8 should hit retail/e-tail in July 2012 with price set at US $149.99 and US $99.99.
